I agree. I'm looking at the pic thinking "it looks like c" and look down to see you agree lolcould be root aphids, but that bug looks much bigger than the RA i usually see. That could be a different type of species of root aphids though. At first it looked like a stink bug, but those dont dwell within the roots. Being that you found a flyer makes me feel like its more of a root aphid problem. the males dont grow wings and destroy ur roots. the females have wings and fly around dropping off eggs in ur medium

i feel like your bug in the picture looks pretty close to figure "C"
Can't really tell from the pic, but it does resemble an aphid. Usually you find RA by the hundreds. Just one or two would be odd.
Spectracide root drench just to be safe. Keep the medium saturated for as long as possible.
