wet/dry cycle, damage looks like the medium is staying wet too long and the roots are suffocating, getting no oxygen.
also might have a slight calmag deficiency.
how do you water? how much?... etc

It looks like a few different things, like #5 I need more input. What nutrients do you use, how often and much do you water, what dirt are you using?
