Please Help My NL Not Growing A Second Set of True Leaves

Hi Guys please help, my Northern lights strain isn't growing a 2nd set of true leaves. I can't see any at all, but my Bruce banner has started developing its 2nd set and she is the same age. My Northern light is 11 days old.

Your soil looks like it is more compact than it should be.....which means it is holding water to long in your medium. Water needs to drain through and allow soil to dry a bit...maybe add more perlite to your soil.....

It's actually in garden soil It was just watered today and it's been quite hot the soil is quite loose aswell but I've always done this with all my grows for the 1st 4 weeks until I transplant into the ground.
