Please help with lighting .ie. Florescent/other no hps

Hi I have a room currently tirned into a grow. And I have in the past used the traditional 1000wt hps' with blowers, fans, ducting the whole deal. And I want to switch to florescent possibly. Can I use a high power T5 to veg and flower my crop or is that only capable with a hps or outdoor. Thank you for your time!!!

Lots of people do flower using CFL or other types of fluorescent lighting. The problem inherent in it, though, is the 'push' of the light. So you'll need a lot more lights and absolutely must control the canopy (think ScrOG). Also, pay close attention to the color temperature--go warmer (>4200K) for flowering.

ima first time indoor grower and decided to go witha 4ft 6 bulb t5 setup. it still gets warm inside my tent so these lil lights do push a lil heat but its not as bad as mh or hps
