Hey there guys how we all doing ?

Sitting smoking a joint earlier and I had a wave of para come over me ...

I remembered reading about 3-4 years ago on optimal lighting per squart ft , now I normally grow in a 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m tent with a 600w but have had to drop down to a closet its 1.1m x 0.4m x 1.6m , I have 4 square ft of floor space .

Now without thinking properly I was going to go with 2 x 150w hps for coverage but I instead got a 250w hps and 150w . Now I have them side by side pics in my diary .

Is this over kill ???

I have 2 plants and doing a SCROG to late to turn back now I am 8 since flip to 12/12 ,

You will be fine. I run really high watts per square foot.
I barely see any light bleaching even from tops that are about a foot away from a 1k hps bare bulb.
Just raise the lights a few inches.
You can put your mind at rest. Everything is going to be fine.
