They are about 6 inches tall. 3 1/2 weeks from sprout. My goal is to have a flatter more even canopy as compared to my previous grow where I just let them go straight up.

That's the gist of it... However you bend it the tops will grow the direction of the light. Saw one plant where a user trained a plant to look like it was bendin over kissing its own butt.
