The wire is to keep slugs/snails away. It really does work, at least for me.I was goint to tell you that about the horse manure, which is my favorite manure of all because of its structure and bigger particles. As far as I know(but i'm not sure)it is best for flowering, compared with other manures....But never used it clean, interesting.I had that friend that was using only old cow manure and another one that was growing in old, abandoned pig farm without adding anything:)Both plants were nice and huge.....But I would dilute it a little with something and may be add zeolites or other stones along with the perlite. It is possible these abnormalities on the second plant to be caused by staying wet or because the clean manure is a little bit hot.Or both:)May be when they get bigger they will outgrow such problems. It is interesting experiment. The other one looks good.
What about the copper wire?I hear some things about it,that is good for the roots?
WHERE THE HELL'S MY GLASS PIPE???!!! YOU TOOK IT! I KNOW YOU DID!!!Proof the meth crisis is spreading faster than ever before.
Now that's killer. Love it! The Blue Jays I share space with seem to think I should be relocated. I talk to 'em all the time but they have no use for me.I've got a pet scrub jay Plumber, she's super smart but getting lazy with all the free pine nuts. Can't hardly go outside without her showing up so I have to keep my pockets full of treats.

Those swan slippers are adorable.
The older I get the more I enjoy those little ones. I really need grand kids. Feed 'em sugar have some fun then send 'em back to mom and dad! I'll get even with our two boys yet.
I'm not getting everyone's updates who I'm following either. Gotta search but finding nuggets of info so it's worth it. I'm pretty hard on phones dragging them under houses so I can take pictures to show clients who haven't a clue how their plumbing works and can't make any sense out of the pictures anyway. They nod and say yeah, I see. They're so cute, especially when writting me a check.damn just found where I left off. I’m right back on page four.
Gonna take me couple of days to get back in the fold.
I’ll get my other phone working again so can send photos as camera broke on this one

Yeah it’s not first time with no updates.
It actually pisses me off as I like to help the odd newbie if I can and sure people think I can’t be bothered anymore.
It’s just don’t get the updates.
Still getting Malawi Panama guy and that’s about it.
They want to make it so you’re not able to reply by logging in to e-mail they warn you I found out after about three weeks when I actually read it.
But when you read thread from e-mail it’s too easy to like or reply which is security risk.
Yeah always do outdoor but you want longer nodes outside.Tale of the Tape

I moved her out of the greenhouse to the South side of my bedroom by the window with her sister. I had one growing under a window years ago and smelled it all summer long.

I'm tempted to put her in the garage for a few hours a day to get her to start flowering again. I want those seeds.
No change

Good growth. Soil is healthy and will skip the monthly blood meal.

Growing in the ground always produces larger faster growing plants in my experience. If all would have went as planned I'd have at least 2-3 females going on 3' with a couple more months of veg instead of one. But If I don't put a few in pots I could lose everything to gophers and ground squirrels so I'm stuck with it and my fall/winter greenhouse grow will all be in pots. Oh well.
Tomorrow is tea day, until then Happy Growing!
I've been following several farmers doing scrog and find it extremly interesting. I made a frame out of used 2x4's for a row of five tomatoes. Seriously thinking of giving scrog a try in it next spring.Yeah always do outdoor but you want longer nodes outside.
I would not like my plants to perform like they do outdoor in my indoor. Unless maybe one plant scrog?
