Police Seek Charges Against Marijuana Advocate

Boston police are seeking criminal charges against Bill Downing, one of the state’s most vocal marijuana legalization supporters, a move that his lawyer calls retaliation for his criticism of the state’s regulation of the medical marijuana industry.

A magistrate judge is scheduled to consider whether to approve a complaint filed by the Boston Police Department at a hearing at Boston Municipal Court in Brighton Tuesday morning. The complaint seeks multiple charges of distribution of a Class C substance, which covers THC-based products that Downing admitted he sold, as well as distribution of marijuana, according to a copy of the document.

They will always be able to pick us off 1 by 1 until we ALL stand up and fight back... the one thing i have read in the past few months is marijuana cases going to trial and not even the jury will vote guilty... this fight will work if we all work together. Whether the government listens or not. They simply dont have enough people... power in numbers.
