a few years ago I was pissed if I even found one naner in the tent.
First thing that comes to mind is I would AVOID any pollen from a nanner.
It will demonstrably carry hermy proclivity.
As to the purchase of pollen.
My one attempt to do so a few years ago resulted in money out and nothing in.
I suspect it was because the seller discovered he had nothing to sell when he checked his stored pollen.
I have had the same experience.
My present storage process is to collect fresh pollen on news print and let it sit out for several days to dry.
I then put in a small jar and into the freezer.
When needed the jar is allowed to warm.
Failure to warm will result in condensation and ruin of the pollen.
Best luck in your efforts.
