pollinate auto for seed, same strain vs different strain

hi everyone
i have a quick question and maybe someone could help me
i plan to make some seeds out of two autoflower and i would to know if it's better to cross two seed from the same strain/brand o two seed from different strain
i want to try to not have too many variability in the resulted seeds
