I got some old seeds 20-30 year old.

What’s your method, tips, professional proven method?
I’m all ears!

I've never done seeds that old, but I've done 10-15 year old seeds.

They took longer to germ. I do the 24 hour soak/paper towel method. Some needed up to a week in the paper towels before cracking.

I know some people scuff the seed shell with fine sand paper. I didn't try that, but it seems to be a widespread, accepted method.

As you can observe from my past posts, I just bury mine and hope for the best, I'd say I have a three out of four success rate. 😁
