Portable AC for grow tent

Got a 4x2x5ft tent w/600w HPS, got venting and all but gets up to 100F, will be getting a 250-400 multiwatt and using 250w to start this weekend if I can't think of a solution... Any thoughts on these portable air conditioners? Any other thoughts, already have the 600w and everyone says that's the one to use for this size tent... How else can I keep the grow room cool (with out doing some crazy work that requires constant attention... i.e something with ice)

Is your light hood vented and sealed? I have a 4x4x6.5 tent with a 1000w HPS, and don't have any problems with temps. But I also have two 6" 480CFM fans. One exhausting through a carbon filter, and the other pulling in fresh air from outside through the light and then exhausting into the attic.
