Possible bud rot any thoughts?

I'm right at the end of the season two weeks until harvest. Seen this brown patch worried it's bud rot. I would hate to see the efforts of the last 5 months be ruined.

Kind of looks like it. Rot is like mushy, decomposed, plant material. Sugar leaves will pull out of it with a little to no resistance. No body to it.

Yeah looks like bud rot. Cut off what you can see, keep an eye on it.

Looks just like the rot that was on my brother plant. Not nearly as bad though. You can salvage most of yours from the looks of it.
