By the pics it doesn't really look to be showing yet. They typically will show on the 4th or 5th node

your light should be 18-6 minimum 24 would have been best.

24 just for veg? These aren't my autos.. I keep them on 24/0 mostly.. these are just bag seeds that i thought id give a whirl haha

Yes it looks like flowering,
Normally it starts flowering in 6 weeks, The nutrition and watering has to be maintained during this stage...
