my two hungry plants i have since up there food. they got water last so ill feed them twice in a row if need be i get them rocking again soon hopefully.

Very good looking plants you have there my friend... I hope mine grows up like yours soon enough... how old are they in this pic? (sorry didn't see an age on previous pages...)

thx, but i starved the pricks.. i suck. laughs.

oh man you really had to ask that. laughs. let me check my grow journal maybe i mention it. solo #2 is 45 days old, pfx is 46 days.

Awesome man... thanks for taking the time to answer...

My 3 flowering plants (currently in the sun, bathroom at night)... During my working period this past week...
I forgot to water them, the one was drooping... the other 2 were ok 100%... when i saw she was drooping it hit me... water!!!!

I quickly watered them all just in case... By the afternoon she was 100% already... glad she bounced back so quickly...

Can I play?

I got a couple of new baby's,

They are from European bred Feminized seeds. They are bred for the bulk seed market. I don't know more about them other than they are sold 10k at a time or more.

A White Widow and a Critical Mass

Both taprooted in a wet coffee filter in 18 hours and sprouted less than 24 later. Fast and healthy. They are under T-5 flourescents now but if I get my act together I will assemble my new tent and hook up the 315 LEC to veg them.

I am expecting a package of another Critical Mass to compare. They are fems from Shantibaba that were sent to another breeder and I got a few to test as well.

Apparently there is still quite the feminized seed business going on behind the scenes in Europe.

I did not know I would be getting any critical mass seeds in the mail and coincidentally already have a Critical Mass x Blue Lemon Thai recently moved up to flower.

did you say they only sell them in 10k at a time and are they all fem seeds??????? Most of the growers i know only buy fem seeds not many people want males. 10k seeds that would last me the rest of my life...........and my kids lol

More and more people are coming over to fem seeds. As you stated, no one unless breeding or pollen chucking wants a male. A lot of us old skool guys don't agree with the chemical manipulation and have stayed away from fem versions but more and more some are taking the plunge. I was stuck in that mindset for years.

So I took the plunge and my son hooked me up with a pack of Dinafems Critical Jack fems. I will say this, it is sure was nice after flipping to see 10 gals and not having to cull any males. These are at 14 days in. Hopefully the line breeds true with no nanners later in flower. So far so good and they are all very homogeneous in build and stature.

Beautiful healthy plants there :-)

I have only ever grown from Fem seed. It is a blessing with the plant count looming over us.

I hear you man. When I was mentored it was way back in the day there wasnt even any fem versions yet that I was aware of. And when they hit the market it was drilled into my noggin to stay away from them. Looking back now, I wish I would have jumped on board quicker. I will hold my final opinion until after harvest to see how stable this fem version truly is.

The breeder I use has a standing 100k auto fem seed order I understand. He keeps sending 1000's. And I guess he plans to broker the seeds i'm testing. He is moving to a new house right now. He doesn't actually use test growers. He asked me to do him a favor and document for him.

Think of growers who plant whole feminized fields of pot. Also distributors re sell them I am pretty sure.

It's legal production and black market sales.

i inderstand ther is a huge legal side to the business but 10k a time. I just put an order in for like 40ish seeds and that will keep me going till mid next lol. Its hard to imagine the scale of some peoples operations im like 9-12 plants a run max lol. But you cant knock free seeds i suppose..............happy farming

Critical is supposed to be a heavy yeild er. Wonder how she smokes.

I got a bubbler in a cooler full of water n aloe selution. Hopefully I will have clones n a week or so. Haha smoking some Diablo. My GBC showing a nice flower coming on. The black Indica stretching out. Hope all is well.

popped out the soil on the 5th... Already topped the soil once.

Using organic nutes... when i say nutes... i mean cheap stuff...
SEAGRO - one bottle for all their needs... haha it works somehow...

According to them, the plants can't get nute burn... but i am sure if you overdo it, they will get some type of burn.

pfx has some big ass fucking leafs.

male got a hair cut and put back on on guard duty... i figure i flip these bitches in about 4 weeks to beat heat.. transplant them to 3g pots as soon as the flower tent is open so i can veg in there for a bit then pop some more seeds day of chop!
