Wow! Sitting here amazed. Never heard of biting off a seed shell. What the hell were you thinking wesley? Lol glad it worked. Smh lol
i know right!!! but to be fair... i was going to throw her away... now i feel i need to root her in carton roll till i can at least plant her with leaves on top out the soil... i need to grow her now... she will go directly into a pot... She deserves it...
So i guess I'm going down a road undocumented?
When i took the shell off, all that was left in the shell was some skin on the sides... i assume that is the "bag" that comes off later after/during the shell...

I know from now on if I ever have a seed that doesn't germinate I will be biting the seed in half before I give up.

They are clear just don't want to over strain them as I forced them to flower at only 60 days old.
OK but I don't know if it would stress her out to let her finish. Personally I would let her finish before hervesting. Imo

Not sure if there is a method to do this... but what i did was...
Bit into the seed very lightly, slowly applying pressure... the sharp side of the seed... not the top or bottom of the seed... where you get the dimple from where it was attached to the plant... its the long sharp side like opening a clam or oyster...
Hope you get that... lol

I'm thinking a magnesium or nitrogen deficiency. What are your thoughts?

I rub em on some sand paper to penetrate the shell a bit, iv had seeds take 4-5 days before they crack out

I don't bite them. But if their heads get stuck for to Long I help em out.
Maybe when i bit mine, i got lucky as it split on the sharp spine side i was describing earlier... If i do find a better method to remove the plant from the seed i will post it (when i say plant, i don't mean a stuck shell, i literally removed the shell from the 100% closed off seed) Have many to test on... (the unknown seeds will be the tested ones)

Was reading about this earlier... i know people do that method with beans... who knew you could transfer that knowledge over to cannabis...
