Delbana USN Aircraft Chronograph 1931 I didn't even realize the USN had aircraft carriers in 1931, until I found this piece. I was a USN aviation ordnanceman in the 1980's, thus my interest in these sorts of historic time pieces. (Bottom Photo) The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Ranger (CV-4) underway at sea during the later 1930s. Lexington, Saratoga, and Yorktown-class carriers were built during this era.

USS Langley (CV-1/AV-3) was the United States Navy's first aircraft carrier, converted in 1920 from the collier USS Jupiter (Navy Fleet Collier No. 3), and also the US Navy's first turbo-electric-powered ship.

The pride of my collection 1941 Longines Weems (Commissioned by Admiral Weems USN) 24K solid gold Navigational Watch w/original vintage NATO strap.

This was the first watch ever to have an adjustable bezel, used for plotting navigational positions on a map over the ocean.

WW2 Nazi Daggers. These were usually taken from fresh German corpse, as trophy by American GI. The bottom one is much more valuable, cause it has both WW1 & WW2 German armory markings. Meaning the bottom dagger was deployed in both wars; a unique item.

American Art Deco brass cat statue from roaring 1920's He's wearing a Jade butterfly neckless and the quartz beads by his feet were found in the Sahara Desert, some 10,000 years old. They are unquestionably the oldest man made items I have in all my collections.

More Sahara stone beads created by ancient people; we let the Giraffe wear them, cause he's African too.
