Yeah, I’m over this cold weather shit. Our winters have been relatively mild (east coast mid-Atlantic) the last few years but it’s pretty cold right now.

You know it brah. I had the best. Carhartt long johns with the snowmobile suit style warmth but oh so thin. Goretex boots with changeable linings. Gave it all away when we left Michigan and came to Hawaii.

When you've spent as much time as me living out on the streets; under bridges or wherever in the far north; you get accustomed to doing certain things. I've lived in N. Michigan; and even places like Spokane; and Moses Lake where it's subzero for weeks in the winter months. Here in Seattle the climate is much more mild; but I still stay prepared.

Fortunately; the military still hooks me up from time to time. Cause I'd never pay $100 for a pair of underwear. But if your in that environment; it's a real good idea to have something that's stands up.
