Our dog got ahold of this guy. Only about 3 months old. We trying to rehab it. Old lady worked with rehabilitation farm so we are trying. No internal bleeding and movement in all limbs. No signs of rabies. Maybe a spine injury. It doesn't seem to be in pain. We had a small mammal rehabilitation vet visit and told us to keep doing what we are doing. Hope this little trash panda makes it
Bro, I hope everything goes ok.

Yeah. The dog was doing it's job so I can't be mad at it. I knew it wouldn't make it. My dog rag dolled it before I could break it up.
It’s a bitch when that happens, I used to have a red nose named deebo, that dude got every damned possum he could. I’ve buried so many because he was just doing his job. I knew he wasn’t an asshole about any of his snags, he would never mangle, just get his point across and sit by it waiting for me to come along. He was trying to be a good boy, as much as I wanted to get mad, I never could. I fucking miss that dog terribly. Rip possums….

Yeah man, I feel dumb saying thanks for trying but it warms my heart when people show love to animals. I have a pitbull that has forced me to play vet for a few critters too. ❤️🌱
I'm a big intimidating looking guy. Country as hell, true definition of red neck, and my ol lady still think it's funny this big red neck hick is a softie for animals and plants. I try to help any and all animals even if they are considered a pest

I have had a pitbull and this time we went with American bullies. They have less prey drive towards other dogs. But at heart they are rat dogs and good at it. I watched my old pitbull snatch a squirrel off our 6' privacy fencing post 🤯 I turn my dogs was white and I could see black spots moving on her. She infested my house that was a very expensive lesson. She could clear my head at 5'9 🤣

Our dog is a pit / lab mix. He's goofy as hell but a good dog to protect me and my family. He is good with other dogs and cats but he absolutely hates our rooster and the only thing I can think happened is the raccoon wondered away from its mother out of curiosity and unfortunately hero seen it and thought it was coming for my daughter so he got it. I feel bad for the coon just because I know it was no threat. It was just curious.

Surprisingly we do the same for bugs, mosquitoes and ticks. Different story but all the other bugs we save for some reason. My old lady is obsessed with moths and it isn't uncommon for her to be outside at night time with their picture. This app looking for different kind of monster she's never seen before. Different insects in general and I'm usually out there with her trying to find them. Did learn what months are good that are pollinators and others that are not so good. Pretty cold things you can learn by just watching nature

The outdoor garden is coming along well. I re amended the soil with compost to add a little energy to everything. No deficiency or pest yet. Fingers crossed for a smooth season.
