In all seriousness though, the people that handed that clown 225,000.00 who had a glorified ps3 and a crappy controller from 2011 as the brains, were so willfully ignorant it’s painful. Carbon fiber hull? O my god, you have to be pretty fucking dumb to think the tensile strength was going to survive multiple deep dive expansion and compression regimens. Let alone one.
He was basically going down there in a pressurized beer keg. And convinced enough darwinists to give him obscene amounts of cash for suicide missions. It’s mind numbing how dumb it was. Imagine the conversations before the dive, I bet they made some really bad jokes and then went and became the joke themselves……..
