I don`t remember as this one was grow some time back. I`d guess about 12 inches or more. Can`t really remember. It took a chainsaw to cut it down is all I remember.How thick is the trunk on that tree?
Nice what size bags are they in? I was thinking if you had good soil a 5` lined wire fence with a large hole under it would achieve a good size tree and keep enough area between them to work. If grown in a greenhouse it would have to be an extra tall roof to grow to it`s potential . You could dig a small mote around it to water the roots deep. There is no end to methods of growing!
