Potential class action lawsuit

Searching Warren Edsons website, I noticed that that law firm is gathering info on filing a suit (injunction) against the Gov office for trying to take $9m dollars from us.

Here's a link to the blog. I signed up yesterday and heard back from Warren this morning. Looks like it may be filed this week.

I hope so, they have no right to take that 9 mil when CDPHE can't even properly handle the workload! They need to take some of that money and use it to hire some help!

This is typical of any government program. Tax consumers heavily and then frustrate the crap out of them so people drop out or don't sign up at all.
