I tried to get someone to ship out and they got all noided from the change in cannabis laws there good luck!

i don't know the legalities of it but i have never had a problem receiving seeds from the UK where i am originally from .

Royal Queen Seeds has a branch in Bangkok now. A few cannabis shops sell seeds so it is probably ok
