12 amps = 12 amps...I do not understand your question. How much does it cost to run?

yea how much will it cost to run and is it a good system its 2 600 watt hps lights a 24 plant hydro system a 64 litre reservoir 60 inches high and is supposed to be one of the best on the market I font want to sink a thousand dollars in to a junk box so any help appreciated

You can get a chart of your electric companies rates online. As far as it being a good system I have no experience with it so I can't comment.
