Power outage, How do i fix my flower cycle?

I had a power outage today while I was at work.
Screwed up my timer, Screwed up my flower cycle.
I'm not sure what to do?

Worst case, just dark period 24/36 hours, and proceed as normal ?

My hydro goes off all the time, anywhere from 3 to 40 hours, 15 years ago was out for 36 days Ice Storm. So I just reset the timers and grow on. Never had an issue. I am also in RDWC and have gone 20 hrs without power and all is fine when it comes on.
