ppm 1 monitor ? what to set the scfh on my c02 regulator

What up? I have the cap ppm 1 and co2-4 controller my room is 1600 cubic feet what sch should I set my co2 regulator at when using this setup. I was thinking like 2.0 scfh. Do I want to let the co2 fill the room up with in what time frame im running a sealed room with my exhaust coming on every three hours thanks for the hand

No reply is there something wrong with my post does it make cent? I just need to know how long it should take to fill my room with c02 I can set my regulate 1-15 scfh I have the ppm 1 cap control so should I fill my room up slowly of bring my ppm level up fast that's what im getting at here my room is sealed and I use a a/c and vent ever three hours
