Pre Planning the Garden! (help out)

I finally have the chance to have a very nice outdoor garden and I'm wanting to have a variety of things that are uncommon. I'm in a Zone 7.. What are some Good and uncommon things that I can grow both potted or ground. Ill have a 30x40ft raised bed. and limitless pot space.

I seen the Chocolate Habanero on the board very nice!
Have also seen gourmet type of salads and tomato's on sites lol!

Any rare and unique/hybrid veges or herbs that can be grown in a pot or ground welcomed!

I also have a 9qt canner so any Hot Sauces or other recipes for storing long term would be nice! I'm going to need a vaccum sealer and deep freeze after next years harvest!

Ahoy Matey...

Don't tells me crew but the Captain likes the delicate flavors of a vine ripened lemon cucumber. Their little yellow round shape tricks the crew into thinking I be just eating lemons to fight off the scurvy.
