Prevention

I am a neem guy for pest/disease prevention. What is a better product to use for dipping cuts, freshly rooted cuts and spraying plants in veg? This is completely for prevention. Best to be proactive not reactive IMHO

P.S. - Neem is great i am just looking to see if something better is out there.
