Apple Fritter end of week 7 probably going to take these to 9 weeks. I think Ive figured out my issues with fertilizing, I just have too light a hand for the light levels Im pushing. I moved 2 plants outdoors around a month or so ago and they never developed the deficiencies I see indoors. Ive started increasing fertilizer use and seem to have solved my issue, the old leaves are still scarred but it doesn't seem to be spreading anymore. I'm going to use a scale on the next grow and do some trials to see what works best.

These are sitting under a KingBrite 320w XP bar light. Its my first grow under this light though so cant comment too much on recommendation.

I will say the spread is a lot better on the bar style vs the quantumn boards. I switched from 3 100w OpticLED PhatSlim lights to this new one, the spread is a lot better but being one mounted piece it isnt as flexible for different plant heights.

I also run 2 240w KingBrite boards in my 3x3 which do the job very well.

Right on! Yeah LED's are a learning curve for sure and require some additional inputs to keep the plants happy. I agree bar style is far superior - I'm really kicking myself in the ass for buying my SF4000 in January. Not because it's a bad light or anything but just because I can go on the Spider Farmer CA website and buy a SE5000 for...2-300 dollars less than what I paid for my SF4000 😪

Oh well. I've got a 1000w Phlizon bar light coming this week.

Aint that always the way she goes? Hahaha, I have to make efforts not to look at all the new toys or I end up with too many! There is always something new coming out but that SF4000 will last you many years Im sure.

I have a growing pile of lights that I dont use because I bought them when I didnt know better, either low efficiency, poor spectrum, no safety certifications, getting occasional shocks from the board, etc... At least you have some decent hardware so you arent missing out too much!

You sound like me 😂 but yeah you're right they are all good quality lights that can be used! here are the lights I have:

450w QB
150w QB
100w QB
300w bar style
1000w bar style incoming

"should have bought a bigger tent"
"should have turned this spare bedroom into a dedicated grow room"
"should have bought X light to begin with"
"should have ran 20 amp breakers and upgraded wiring"

🤦🏻‍♂️

My sense of smell is still a bit off from the rona but its recovering now and Im getting hints of sour fruit with a bit of a fermenting fruit under tone. I think she will turn out real nice! Absolutely lovely bud structure on these, trimming will be a breeze. Looking forward to throwing the Runtz and SFV OG into flower after these finish. They are now settled into their new homes and bushing out, only a few weeks away and good thing too! Im running out of space hahaha.

Your flowers are looking real nice as well! Looks like they will be coming down around the same time as mine. They are looking tasty!

Time for the party to start again, all cuts from PrimoClones. Week 3 flower, Apple Fritter on the left, SFV OG on the right. Runtz is sharing a tent with some Trustfall seeds. What do you have planned for your next go @PrimoClonesCanada ?
@Shaded_One I started to give around 50% more fertilizer (still kind of going by feel) and you can see this run is looking a lot better. This is only chicken manure, bone meal, langebinite, epsom, and gypsum, I don't think it gets too much cheaper than this for organic feeds.

Nice!!! Looking really good. Hope you like them as much as me. I'm a real big fan of that runtz🤤

Not sure about my next run yet. All depends on when I'm going to get the new ones. If it's going to be around a month I might do another run of what i have but still undecided on specific strains, but I'd it's only a couple weeks I might wait.

Hello everyone sorry to have to do this but I just got my tests back from tumi Genomics and it says all the cuts I brought in from the states(Runtz,Marshmallow OG, Apple Fritter, GushMints,SFV) are positive for hlv.
No idea how this happened as the vendor I got them from posted pics of his tests plus I saw a half a dozen other people post that they had negative test results from his gear as well.
I had a problem filled run with my blumats constantly clogging which overwatered some of my plants and underwatered others. I thought that's why a few of my plants stunted and it was ones with lowest ppfd in corner/side of tent, then got overgrown by the rest of the plants. And I attributed the lack of tichs to little to no light like buds well under your canopy don't look nearly as nice as buds at the top. And after I chopped my first few plants and the shitty looking plants got actual light they started getting more trichs and looking nicer but my hopes were dashed when I got the positive test results tonight.
I thought cause they came from tested source with multiple people testing them they would have come back negative but unfortunately I was wrong.

Dm or email me if you got some of these from me.

All my keepers came back negative

Once again really sorry about this, feel like a real piece of garbage.

Any canadian interested in having Thier strains tested can have tumi Genomics send them test kits and then you just send them back.
From the Canadian company a&l it's 80 per test which is ridiculous.
From tumi its 25 us a test plus you pay around 50 for them to ship you sample and you have to pay to ship back. I paid for express overnight for 80.
You can store the test tubes in the fridge for 1 year I was told.
So you can buy a bunch at once and send them in as you use them.
I bought 25 tests from tumi which means I have 14 left and it would have cost me about the same to test just the 11 if I used a&l .
So if your testing a bunch of plants I suggest tumi as the cheapest option.

Chicken Manure... I thought this would/might be a little to hot for the ladies, how are you using it? I'd like to try this out.

Fair warning it smells like shit haha, dont use it indoors unless you are also running a carbon filter.

This is my veg mix 4-3-5
Per kg
869g 5-4-3 chicken manure
131g langbeinite

This is my flower mix 3-6-7
500g 5-4-3 chicken manure
250g 0-15-2 bone meal
250g langbeinite

I feed at the same rates as Gaia Green 1-2 tbsp/gallon and I also top dress 1 tbsp gypsum and 1 tbsp epsom every 2 weeks per pot based on Shaded_One's style

Hope everyone had a great holidays!!

Well after a trying couple of months getting rid of everything due to hlv and cleaning everything with bleach. Then had trouble getting stuff in. But finally got a few snips in.

So I'm getting back in the saddle and starting back up finally. Thought it was never going to happen it took so long. Still haven't recieved my cuts from one of the vendors that I've been waiting for months for but I'm still hopeful they make it at some point.

But in the meantime after a couple failed attempts at getting snips in I finally got some in.
I ended up getting 6 new strains

Itre95 - tre-95 x I-95
O.D.D - (Gmo x (Grape ape x Tres haze))
Pie face - cherry pie x face off og bx
Mac daddy (mobilejay cut)
R.S-11 (Dojapak cut)
Stardawg Guava

Just going to root them and flower them out while I veg some mothers of the ones i like and send for testing.
