I think I may be watering my plants too much. My pH of the water tends to be around 5.5 to 6.0 so maybe I am under PH.

ya definitely overwatered but it looks like you need to transplant a couple of them.. stop watering till the pots are light as a feather
 
they could stand more light if they werent dying from over watering. what helped me was to fill a pot with just the dirt and then i could pick it up and then pick up the one with the plant and know when it was light enough to water.
 
What is the medium you are growing in? What nutrients are you currently feeding, if any. Without more information it could be a number of things. It definitely looks overwatered....But without more info it could also be from light stress, nutrient burn, or lack thereof.
