Growing but there's a big issue.
Veg around 3-3 weeks

Can you get pics in actual white light?

I can guess and say theres a ph issue causing a mag lockout but.. shit that seems to be my go to response these days :P

I wish I could not at the place any more, it's like white speckles on each plant and then like a dryer area for new leaves. I'm thinking a potassium def, been told he's watering with a pH of 7.
I told him to water with 6.2-6.8

If thats the case then yeah ph too high, root zone is likely higher then 7... needs to ph down to closer to 5.5 to bring root zone ph down..

Nitrates in yer fertilizer raise the PH of the root zone..
