CBD potent strains

Hi,
I am new to this forum so pardon if this has been covered but...
I am looking to do some natural product research on CBD isolation and am looking for strains of cannabis with very Low THC and High CBD. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I hear industrial hemp is good place to start but that's impossible to get at a dispensary. We really need to start making some high CBD strains as there is whole nother miracle drug in Cannabis - as you all know.
Any tips on isolation of CBD without THC would also be helpful. Calif based. Thanks.

Project CBD is pretty amazing- it seems like there are a lot of options though...I'm looking for the best way to get high cbd for medical purposes. It seems like there are a lot of options, tinctures, smoking it, etc....trying to figure out the best one.
