Pruning Cannabis During Flowering

Always read that we can prune cannabis until the second week of flowering... but I do not know since when am I supposed to start counting the two weeks.

I'm doing a SOG from seed, vegged for 18 days 18/6, nine days today that changed the cycle to 12/12 but the plants have not yet show sex... does this means that already spend nine days?... or are two weeks from the time the plants show sex?

I want to take several cuts from these plants but I want them to grow the maximum possible time before I take the cuttings .

Flowering is considered as soon as you flip to 12/12. But you can take clonea at the two or even 3 week period. Take them from the bottom wich were more shaded and presumably you would have cut off anyways to reduce the amount of larf, AKA popcorn nugz. They will take a bit longer than usual to Kickstart growth but you shouldnt have any trouble. However once you start reveging them keep your schedule. Because going back N forth may cause M 2 herm on U. Best of luck.
