Maybe the pots are too small and the plants aren't receiving proper nutrients... I've had plants do this to me within a week or 2 of harvest.. looks like your pretty close anyways. I wouldn't do anything to fix it besides maybe give it just water the next time you water. You could also check your soil PH, and water with a PH between 6.2 and 6.9.
Without knowing all your feed numbers, I think your Calmag and bloom nutes must have been too strong and bound each other up. Clear Ca, N, P and K deficiencies.
