Question about my Triploid Plant?

I found a triploid plant in my garden the other day (3 cotyledons and 3 leaves per node) and was wondering if this is something that can be bred into plants or does it just randomly happen because i know there are strains of wheat bread to be triploid so i thought mabye it could be.

even if it can't be its still cool ill post pics in a while when i find my memory card
