I've read here and elsewhere that the correct temp for purging is 120F.
I'm curious what that ACTUALLY means. If I set my vac temp to 120, the heating element hits 120. The bottom of the vac chamber gets to about 109 and the silpad surface and extract get to around 98.
Should the temperature of the extract be 120F, without regard to what the heating element needs to be set to in order to achieve that temperature?
