Ok I am growing in Roots Organic ROS soilless coco fiber and mixed with Promix HP mixed 50/50 in a 7 gallon pot my question is do I need to water more than once a day. Right now I am watering a half a gallon and I get like 15% run off. They are seedlings just poped through the soil the 10th of dec, I read that I should start the seeds in their finishing pot. Because they are autos. One of the plants I started in a solo cup because my grow room was not finished. Also I am growing under a 400 watt mh right now. The seeds are Blueberry Sherbet. I forgot to mention this is my first grow inside, My nutes are House and garden Coco a&b. Thank you for any input.

You don't even need to water every day until they start drinking. When my autos were first started I watered them every three days. I only water coco when the pot feels lighter but is still moist.
