Questions about foliar spray in flower?

Wondering if Captain Jacks is ok to spray in early flower.
I'm hesitant, but want to keep a thrip situation under control.

Any thoughts are appreciated

I used a new product called green cleaner and I gotta say I was very impressed with it. 100% safe to spray in flower I had some PM issues that exploded out of nowhere in late flower. I sprayed the shit out of my plants all the way until the day of my harvest and it worked fantastic. Had zero negative affect on the finished product smoked great you couldn't even tell it was sprayed. The Green Cleaner product is supposed to work for Mites and other insects also so you may want to give it a try. I would assume it could kill thripes but I don't know for certain.
