Questions using advanced nutrients for my first hydro grow

Hello I started 2 seeds for my first ever hydro grow on 10-14-20. I am using autopots and the advanced nutrients micro bloom grow ph perfect line with a medium of clay pebbles and coco coir. My question is when I’m looking at the feeding charts and for the grow phase is says what to add to water on week one. When do they count that phase As starting. I know in soil I wouldn’t add any nutes for 3-5 weeks from when I planted the seed but am assuming it’s different since the seeds are in coco only right now. So when do I start using those feeding charts?
