Quick Cure Question

I was wondering how my buds should feel throughout curing. Should my buds maintain a slight crisp throughout cure or more moist, almost sticky? I've been told about the hygrometers but I only have one, and a crap load of jars. Thanks everybody. :)

They should be crispy and sticky prior to placing them in the jars. Then they should turn slighlty moist and continue to be sticky as you cure. Not as sticky as it originally was but it should definitely still be sticky

one meter and lots of jars sounds like a good problem to have and pauly answer is on point , remember to open the jars at least once a day .....
