Well so much for sleep.. I have infected tooth that I need to get taken care of and tonight it decides to hurt. 1 vicodan and 2 ibuprofen later I'm still hurting but now wide freaking awake...

Well push ups and squats are the best way to get beefed up and stretched out for work after a layoff.. get you a can of grow and some micro and take 3x a day.. lolI'm trying to work soon. Gotta call up boss and tell him I'm ready.
I'm just not sure I'm ready to give up this lounging time lol.
This is when work picks up.
Busiest part of the year is coming.
If I want money I got to get going soon.
Gets some creatine and some protein isolate. .. and a fat burner... 45 days have you feeling good... exercise for 30 mind every day and work out twice a week...

I've been off for over 5 months now.
But it was from my bilateral hernia surgery.
I've always been tall, lean and high energy. I'm 6'2" my weight b4 the hernia was 185. I've lost a majority of my muscle mass from work and I'm down to 160 :(.
I worked hard to get to 185 bustin my ass everyday at work. Now im gonna struggle to get back there. For this new year lol.
My problem is that I can't just go hard into exercise like I'm used to. After surgery my body reacts different. So I have to start slow and do exercises that don't stress the surgery sites.

My safety as well as everyone else's safety matters to me. And even if he is just naive, he has a lot of learning to do... I won't even list all the things that bothered me about that! I know this, I've known a few of these guys for 6 to 8 months and I haven't never asked them for seeds clones etc.....
Most packs won't let new members in very easy. .. They sure like to see someone who can fend for himself. .. over time you will come to know Ppl and one day that might change... anonymity is everything!

They did laparoscopic repair
It was just more painful and the healing process is too much longer than anticipated.
I'm probably fine but left side feels funny.
And I've been telling myself there's a hernia in there still lol. Doc says it's fine but how does he know?

I felt as if that happened day 3 after surgery trying to poop. But doc kept shrugging me off saying I'm fine.

The right side feels fine and healed great. But the left side has been uncomfortable. I just don't know how the doc could diagnose without seeing?
Left side has improved. But still uncomfortable. I think I should setup a followup visit. Is the 2nd surgery free :D. I lost my insurance not working.

Damn, I see why were all here now lol. 2 hernia repairs here as well. Back, fucked three ways from Sunday(not sure exactly what that means) mines been acting up again lately but my stubborn ass still lifts 5-6 days a week and been working 7-12's since the new year. Like R said, this is the busy time so I'm gonna take it while I can. Well that's all the cryin I'll subject you guys to for now. I better get outta ManMan's chair before he wakes up :cool:
