Wow, you chose to go hard core, that's a large setup. I'll go back an read, to find out how it started. I thought about a res fer my DWC. Chose not to just in case something does sideways in a cube. I can always dump an reload.

Right so this is the pump working and the other end of pump is connected below the water line.. and from what you can see there is no water movement in the pots..

Now I’d say the pump should be pumping water up the pipes bit according to instructions it’s the opposite .. I’m about to lose control this cost a lot of money

Sorry, I do not see the video of this pump in action. Would you be able to resubmit.

Here is the video

Ok, so it is just a theory, but have you checked to see if the supply lines to your buckets are free and clear of any sediment? The pump seems to be putting out great pressure. Any kinks or obstructions would be the only thing I can think of.

Yea I’ve looked but I can’t get my head around this. If this pump is sucking into the reservoir how do they get nutes ! It says the chiller thing is optional to the system i didn’t buy it..

I checked all the pipes mate and it’s brand new one just set it up

So, the pump shouldn’t be sucking into the reservoir. The reservoir is setup to send the nutes to the plants. I am going to say this and please don’t be offended. Have you read the instructions? There should be a detailed explanation of how the reservoir works.

Won’t be offended mate yea and I’ll go back and read it all again feel like an idiot I thought that as I was doing it

cant see the video but yea res should send water but maybe your sistem is different.
the place where it connects with the hose is it a good connection?

No worries, we are all here to learn from each other. Having a few sets of eyes on things always helps. Thanks for the video, it really helped in understanding what was going on. Think of your reservoir as the toilet tank behind the actual toilet. It holds the water and nutes so the pump can do its job. If you can, I would see if you can have your reservoir a bit higher so gravity will help your pump.

That’s it , the whole pump flow?
Thought with 12 pots it would be spraying in your face and all over the place.

Ultimately current culture has a set up similar to what you have.
Cc uses a big pump which mixes air into the water at the pump via a control. Don’t use one but understand what going on.

Now yours , does the Manufacturer recommends pumping (air) ? Through the air stone line ?

And then your totes are linked through the bottom hoses which you pull and or pump from to create a flow through the system which in you case would be slower as the pump is small?

I was using the ailen buckets for a while now, there honestly built to fail

Trying to fully drain them after a problem is a pain in the arse
The wee corner pockets on the lid just spawn algae
The pump nd airstones the send aren’t enough for the system,

The gaskets will eventually leak,

After years of hydro I eventually went back to coco treating it like hydro

A lot less stress honestly

I used a 16 bucket system from Current Culture and as @Smokey0418 mentioned those pumps really get the water moving!!
Additionally each bucket also had a large circular aerator at the bottom of each bucket
It would appear the pump is a bit on the weaker side.....maybe request a replacement pump with double the strength!

I like to keep it nice and simple a bucket an air stones and a pump
