Put it in a 100% humidity environment.
The problem is that once they dry out the membrane is fucked--so they won't work the same as before. In general the answer is that it's probably not worth your time. They are cheap enough and last long enough to just replace them.
Recommend using them in cannavaults and they last for a long ass time
