Ready for Tranplant?

My bigger girl (Betsy) my pure indica looks like she might he ready for a transplant. Week 3 day 1 of Veg. Is it time for a transplant? Currently in 16oz solo cups. I was thinking maybe a 1 gallon. I already have a 5 gallon ready to go but idk if it needs to be put in that big of a container yet...

Thats about when i transplant from cup to 1 gallon. But wait for it to dry properly first.

Unfortunately I transplanted into a 5 gallon instead of a 1 gallon but I am still optimistic I have some 1 gallon pots arriving today!

I did solo < 3g < 7g and it's working real well.
