Ready or not to harvest?

Hey can anyone tell me if these plants are good to harvest? The nights are getting super cold and i'm hoping their ok still. Don't be to harsh on me, it's my first grow ever and it started as a simple "why not" after finding seeds in my weed lol.

Get a microscope or a jewelers loupe to look at trichomes. Best way to tell
Some phones will also be able to zoom in enough to see if it's clear enough
