Ready to harvest? First time growing.

Hello! This is our first time growing, we are growing indoors and have purposely pot bound our plants because we didnt want them growing too large. We have two but I think only one is ready (see photos). They have been flowered for a while now and have a pleasant and very strong smell now. The pistils are mostly all brown but there seems to be new white ones. Any advice is much appreciated!

Best advice I can give is to harvest in stages. Mark the buds with when you took them cure and compare. Assuming you are growing this out for yourself.

in general finish times for best bud is actually long after you think the might be ready at first. Generally short flower times are what you get in dispensary and we growers can do better than the mass produced with a little patience and finesse.
