How would I know if its fungal? Don't want to smoke that.
Also when I said they were fine horizontal I meant the underside away from the light.
My light is a Mars Hydro ts 3000 450-watt light with bridgelux chip.

Yours dont look infected but when its inside the plant sometimes is hard to tell. I had a blue pheno that I realized it had a fungal infection because mold starting appearing in the tip of the stems I trimmed but if it wasnt because of that I would have never noticed.
In many cases it will cause leaves to dry and have brown spots but sometimes if its in late flower you wont think its a fungal infection since leaves do that.
Light was bit far away from them, I think they could have benefited from more light by looking at the PPFD chart of your light:

A quick way of telling, if you had it at 24" at 80% and it gives 1500umols IN THE MIDDLE at 12" 75% it was definetely too far away. For flower with photos you wanna be giving 900umols to 1500, it mostly depends on how much the strain can handle. It helps to give them a good ammount from the start so they will be able to tolerate higher umols later on. I usually give them a lot and I adjust if I see the top leaves start getting burnt tips. I only reduce towards the end of flower.

Also another way to know if to see if it has botrytis inside, like I said in a previous post, if you see that you split the nug and it has browning inside, even if its only a leaf and the stem, then most likely it has botrytis. The thing is that when they get sick in general, any kind of fungus can appear in the surface because they are very vulnerable but its usually fluffy mold, botrytis or both (fluffy mold eats botrytis when its in advanced stage) but if oidium spores are nearby it will be oidium aswell.
Botrytis is harder to see in dark colored strains since the brown could pass for a shade of the plant, but again theyre rougher to smoke.
