really wet ground outdoors

hey guys, there are parts on my farm where id like to plant. But water table is very high this year. Ground is saturated with water. What can i do to dry it up. Or at very least avoid root rot?

Forgive my ignorance. Im planting directly ground. Raised beds, meaning go buy earth and lay it in mounds on the swampy stuff?

Like in garden boxes or grow bags or whatever you can do...otherwise you will infact probably get root rot.

hugkle culture,german for growing on mounds,when the dikes break they dont lose there crops.
i just built the back side of my corn bed up 3 1/2 ft with the method,i cant spell for shit but goggle it,interesting method and works really well,i think that the air under the soil from the opening of wood down there makes it better than just the ground
