Edit: ok, so you fill out a form on the site (or call) and they will send you a return kit. I guess when they get it back they will issue a check.

I already sent in my recall. Just go to the website and they will see if your product is part of the recall. If it is the next page will be a form asking for your name and address. They will then send you a packet in a few weeks to send them back your CUT power cord and the name plate on the back of the dehumid. Warning: The whole process takes up to 6 months to get your money back. It took me 4.5 month to get a check back from these clowns.

This is a good time and place to mention that using water chilling to cool your whole op as opposed to just for your undercurrent is more efficient, as the cold water passing through the exchangers sweats out the excess moisture from your grow room automatically, based on the water temperature you set. This means the system cools and dries with one pass instead of making two different AC compressors work against one another.

I'm such a believer in the technology I've already integrated it into my home's heating system to keep my house warm all winter even while cooling my grow rooms. Last winter I ran my furnace for a grand total of thirty minutes... and my dehuey has been gathering dust the whole time.
