Recharge or power si start for root devolpment / transplant shock.?

Anyone have opinions on power si start powder vs recharge ..?

Both provide beneficial microbes. Either is probably okay. Some folks doubt the benefit of using commercial products to provide naturally occurring fungi. I've used a few different products. I can't say for sure they were better than doing nothing.
